Politics, in Washington DC or elsewhere, has always been a man's game. An old boys' club. Inspired by Senator Kirsten Gillibrand's movement Off the Sidelines, this blog profiles the extraordinary ways in which women are changing the scene and displaying tremendous courage in leadership, with aims to inspire women (and in particular young women) to step up and get involved.
This is a blog dedicated to fostering equality and letting all voices be heard, because in the end, our welfare should not be left solely in the hands of the old boys' club.
