On December 6th, Senators Claire McCaskill (D-MO) and Susan Collins (R-ME) introduced the Bipartisan Jobs Act, “a commonsense jobs bill” which would cut taxes for business and invest in infrastructure, funded by a surtax on millionaires and tax break repeals for oil companies.
